We acquired a nice chunk of corned beef from Marin Sun this weekend at the market. This spiced slab of meat was simply put in our crock pot and filled with water.
The slow cooker was left on high for 3 hours then low for 7 hours. 2 hours before we ate the delicious meat I tossed in some potatoes and cabbage to cook in the juices.
Served with kohlrabi cole slaw on St. Patrick Eve
